These Terms and Conditions apply to AllSocials, also styled as “All Socials”, available at allsocials.xyz.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AllSocials ("All Socials", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AllSocials is a social media management platform that allows users to create, customize, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Threads from a single workspace.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on intellectual property rights
- Comply with the terms of service of each connected social media platform
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Not use the Service to distribute spam or malicious content
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant All Socials a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service offers AI-powered content suggestions and variations powered by Google Gemini. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content, whether AI-assisted or manually created. All Socials does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms and services. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. All Socials is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
8. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are as described on our pricing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Socials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email associated with their account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which All Socials operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
